Lived on South Railroad St, Portage until 1946; moved to 516 Orchard St, Portage in 1944, a house built by Harold & Aileen Buck in 1937. House was built with a lot of help from people who 'owed Harold for free burials from the depression era.

Attended Penn State University; graduated BS Physics 1959.
