WILL: To be buried at St Joseph's R C Church at Hart's Sleeping Place.
To my wife Ellen; 1/3 of all grains and fruit raised on the farm, 1/6 of all hay, all my personal belongings and control of 2 downstairs rooms. Stable and pasture for 2 cows and 6 sheep.
To my son William I bequeath my farm, house and the adjoining lands of John Flick, heirs of Jerome A Buck, Henry Buck, Emanuel Dishart? consisting of 100 acres.
The George Buck Room is reserved for George as long as he shall live. William shall provide George lodging, clothing, meat, and drink as well as medical attention and a Christian burial.
One year after the death of Ellen and George, William shall pay $100 annually to sons Joseph and Valentine for 3 years; shall pay $100 to daughters Elizabeth Hague,Matilda Mariel, and Rose Anne Buck and then $25 each for 2 years.
